I'm Daniel, a designer working across product, systems, and implementation.

I've spent more than two decades designing digital products, from interfaces to the systems and decisions behind them.

The work grew. The craft stayed.

I started with visual design and interaction. I learned by making interfaces and seeing how people used them.

Then the work got bigger: more teams, more constraints, and decisions that need to work beyond one screen.

That changed my role, not my relationship with making. I still want to understand the work well enough to take it forward.

Outside work

I draw, build characters, experiment with interfaces, play blues harmonica, make physical objects, learn 3D, and follow whatever catches my attention.

Those pursuits keep me curious and hands-on. They give me ways to observe, experiment, and make sense of an idea by building it.

I like figuring things out by making them.
